About me
I'm a product thinker and program manager with five years at Amazon — first in AWS Sales serving the gaming industry, then as a Program Manager at Amazon Business building the systems and processes that keep operations running.
My work lives at the intersection of people and process: understanding what a team needs, designing how it should work, and making decisions that hold up under pressure. I've collaborated with engineers, designers, and sales leaders, learning how to translate business & technical requirements across stakeholders along the way.
Outside of work, I enjoy taking photos. I also compete in pickleball tournaments at the 5.0 level and I'm always looking for the next tournament — follow the journey on Instagram @alston_pb.
